Privacy Policy
Last updated October 31, 2026
What this covers
This policy covers the orbitshot.app website. OrbitShot's app will have its own section here before it launches.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address. Our hosting provider also processes standard request data, such as your IP address, to serve the site and limit abuse. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
We use your email address only to tell you about OrbitShot's launch. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
Who handles it
Email addresses are stored with Resend, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing support@orbitshot.app. Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link.
